Marine Diesel Engine
A three-cylinder sailboat diesel with its gearbox and raw-water pump, about 287 lb. Forty horsepower, a gallon or two an hour, and it runs for days. Far too heavy to lift alone: a hand truck, the garage hoist or a vehicle moves it. Install it at a boat yard (restoration). The yard's hoist lifts it in from your parts bay or your boat.
