Sterndrive Outdrive
The drive leg that bolts through a speedboat's transom behind its V8: gears, a U-joint and a steering yoke in a cast aluminum housing, about 137 lb. Heavier than most people lift alone: a hand truck, the hoist or a vehicle moves it. Install it at a boat yard (restoration). The yard's hoist lifts it in from your parts bay or your boat.
